COMMERCIAL BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE

Our roadside support vehicles are equipped with spares and tools to resolve the vast majority of breakdowns they attend – approximately 85% of all vehicle faults are rectified at the roadside, so rest assured no matter what has happened, we are on hand to provide a first class solution everytime.

As well as the wide variety of spares that are always carried by the assistance vehicles, a comprehensive range of replacement parts are available either at base or locally sourced. Additionally, non-stock items are available from contracted suppliers should they be required at any time of the day or night.

In the event that the vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, EuroTow will recover the vehicle to your choice of destination. In the case of coaches and PSVs, passenger continuation can be arranged if required.

For hauliers EuroTow offers load transhipment or replacement units or trailers as appropriate.

The latest computerised dispatching and tracking technology at the Eurotow Centre minimises delay and inconvenience to get your load or passengers to their destination as quickly as possible.

The company has a fleet of heavy recovery vehicles all equipped with underlifts including long reach extending booms, sliding booms, winches and specialist auxiliary equipment.

A specialist rotating crane unit is available for accident recovery, together with accident units and various specialist heavy recovery units, low loaders and air cushions are deployed where needed.

All operators are trained to Institute of Vehicle Recovery VR Modular standards and have specialist understanding of the construction of trucks and coaches.
